Umay is a good company... Seel was annoying to work with regarding all my information. This should be more streamlined and fixed in the future. They have all my data now and I am not a big fan of that. Besides this, the item seems to work without any problems even though there are some small damages visible.
I love the walking pad in general, the only issue I have is it’s getting extremely hot when it’s not inclined. I’ve got a silicone lubricant as I thought it may fix that issue, unfortunately it didn’t. Otherwise it works fine.
