Seems reliable It's def not the product in the pics shown, way smaller. Seems to work well but assembly, which should be simple enough is not quite as simple as it seems. The phone holder screws won't come out to add the back of the holder. It's frustrating to say the least. Other than that, it came nicely packaged & before the delivery promised.

I love how convenient this folding treadmill is! It's so lightweight that I can easily move it from my living room to my bedroom or home office. It��s exactly what I needed to stay active indoors during the colder months, and the belt runs incredibly smoothly.
The overall best thing about this Treadmill in my opinion was the simplicity of assembling it right out of the box and how easy it was to start using. With the included instruction manual, I was using the treadmill within 15 minutes of opening the box. On top of that, it's super quiet which of course is great for everyone. Another thing I liked about this one over the others I've tried is the phone mount to keep you entertained while on your walk. It also included a remote control to turn the machine on/off and change difficulty settings. When youre all done, it can easily be folded up to be stored away pretty much anywhere. Overall this thing is easy to assemble and use, great quality and for a little over 2 hundred dollars you're making your money back and saving time by using this instead of driving to the gym.

These days I have trouble fitting in time for a workout. Work has relocated me temporarily to a new city, and its too cold to run outside. I bought two of these form factor treadmills. Works but kinda small. It's small, even for me at 5'1". If you're just walking, this will do the job. But I don't think you can do fast big strides on this thing. And if you ever get the error E07, just put in the safety key and the unit will work. I was about to return this unit coz it wasn't working. Turns out you just need to attach the safety key.
I had issue in that walking pad arrived with an EU plug. The customer care staff were very responsive and helpful. Instead of waiting for replacement plug, I decided to order a replacement myself. I had the cost of the plug refunded very quickly. The walking pad itself is excellent. Very Happy
